ENCOR® 627 latex is a100% acrylic binder designed for use in stain-blocking primers, masonry primers and wood stains. In addition to tannin stain blocking over redwood and cedar, primers or wood stains based on ENCOR® 627 latex also display good freeze-thaw stability and heat-aged performance. Masonry primers offer outstanding efflorescence and alkali resistance.
